Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an automated confirmation email. 

Delivery Times:

Our orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • For standard orders within South Africa, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

  • For express orders within South Africa , delivery will be overnight / 1 - 2 days max 
  • For international orders, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Kindly note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. South African orders are shipped via trusted courier services, while international orders are handled by DHL Express. Throughout the delivery process, you will receive email updates, so please check your inbox for the latest status.
